I graduated with my Bachelors degree in social studies education from SUNY Buffalo State in December of 2013. I immediately began my graduate studies, and earned my Masters degree in social studies education, with a major in history, in May of 2015. Throughout my time in college, I had the opportunity to work with many local museums and organizations to help create social studies curriculum, including the Buffalo History Museum and the Holocaust Resource Center of Buffalo.

- I have been a high school social studies teacher for 3 years, teaching all subject areas including world history, U.S. history, multicultural studies, and U.S. government and politics - I have been a tutor for English and the ACT exam. -I love teaching, and tutoring gives me the opportunity to work one and one with students and help them grow and improve in areas in which they struggle!

My husband and I have lived in the Cleveland area for three years, and we love to explore the Metroparks, go to Cleveland sporting events, and go on coffee dates and check out new towns and cities! When I am not working, I also love to cook, read, and hang out with my dog Sophie! In addition to teaching, I am also a part time wedding planner!
